以某超高层建筑工程残次桩为例,研究了不同水泥掺和条件下水泥土桩土界面的抗剪强度变化规律,总结出水泥土桩土界面抗剪强度τ与水泥掺和百分比αw的实验方程式。依据所得到的方程式进行桩侧土体注浆加固设计,实际施工情况及进行的跟踪观测证实,处理后的桩承载力增加值超过2000kN,注浆加固深度为15m,沉降可以满足要求。
Taking an example of a super high-rise building broken pile as an example, the shear strength variation of cement-soil pile-soil interface under different cement mixing conditions was studied, and the experimental equation for the shear strength τ and cement mixing percentage αw at the pile-soil interface of cement soil was concluded. . Based on the obtained equation, the grouting reinforcement design of the soil on the side of the pile was carried out. The actual construction conditions and follow-up observations confirmed that the added value of the pile bearing capacity after treatment exceeds 2000 kN, the depth of grouting reinforcement is 15 m, and the settlement can meet the requirements.
