一、序言随着近代高性能航空燃气轮机的发展,对钎焊工艺提出了新的要求:首先要求钎焊接头能承受850℃或更高的温度;其次,钎焊工艺利用到发动机的关键零件——涡轮叶片上,因而要求钎焊接头具有良好的综合性能。用于制造高性能涡轮叶片的铸造高温合金中,加入了大量的强化合金元素,DZ3合金是目前国内合金化程度较高的合金之一,其铝、钛含量高达5.5%和2.5%。所以它的钎焊工艺
