软破复杂矿岩条件下,无底柱分段崩落法切割槽的施工相当困难,是导致矿山悬顶频繁、矿石回采率低的重要原因之一,针对这一难题进行了试验研究,现场试验结果表明:采用平行扇形中深孔一次成槽技术方案,能够大幅度提高软破复杂矿岩条件下的切割槽质量,可使年度成槽合格率由60%提升至80%(按进路条数计算),悬顶率下降20%(按进路条数计算),矿石回采率整体提升12%,且安全灵活,值得类似矿山借鉴应用
