原子吸收光谱法测定葡萄皮、葡萄籽和葡萄酒泥中的化学元素。称取5份粉碎的葡萄酿酒副产物加入一定量硝酸∶高氯酸(V/V=4∶1)混合溶液置电热板上加热消解,在仪器工作条件下用3%稀硝酸做空白测定12种元素的吸光度。原子吸收光谱法测定的标准曲线相关系数为0.9979—0.9999。加标回收率在96.2%—100.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于等于2.9%。本法具有良好的准确度和精密度。葡萄酿酒副产物中K、Ca、Na的含量较高,Cu、Mn的含量较低;葡萄皮中Mg、Zn、Fe3种元素未检出,葡萄皮和葡萄籽中Se含量高,葡萄酒泥中Mg和Se未检出;葡萄酒泥中Pb超出国家限量(1mg/kg)。
