在试验研究的基础上，建立了中小件气化模铸造典型工艺数据库，研制开发了中小件气化模铸造浇冒口系统软件──EPCAD。该软件通过与典型工艺数据库的接口，充分利用已有经验进行设计，提高设计效率。
Based on the experimental research, a typical small and medium-sized gas-plastic molding process database was established and a small-and-medium-sized gas casting mold and sprinkler system software named EPCAD was developed. The software through the interface with the typical process database, make full use of existing experience to design, improve design efficiency.
