目的研究配伍比例及p H值环境对黄连-大黄配伍后4种生物碱成分溶出的变化规律。方法在一测多评法的基础上,采用HPLC法测定小檗碱、巴马汀、黄连碱及表小檗碱的量。结果黄连-大黄合煎组及分煎合并组中4种生物碱的量及相对溶出率随着大黄比例增加均有相似的降低趋势,2组黄连与大黄配伍比例为1∶2时,4种生物碱的量及相对溶出率均达到最大值;且配伍比例与4种生物碱的量及相对溶出率无效应关系;盐酸溶液单煎黄连组p H值为5.2时,4种生物碱的量及相对溶出率达到最大值,p H值与4种生物碱的量及相对溶出率无效应关系。结论 p H值环境对黄连-大黄配伍后4种生物碱成分的量有影响,且不同比例黄连-大黄配伍后形成的p H值环境与用盐酸调配的p H值环境对生物碱成分的溶出产生的影响不一致。
Objective To study the law of dissolution of four alkaloids after the combination of rhizoma coptidis and rhubarb with compatibility ratio and p H value.
