肺透明细胞瘤是一种较罕见的原发于肺的良性肿瘤,国内报道较少,病理诊断易与肺部其他肿瘤相混淆。笔者遇治1例,分析如下。1病历摘要患者,66岁。于入院0.5 a前无明显诱因出现咳嗽,体检发现左胸占位性病变,于2009-09-11入院。入院查体:T 31.4℃,R 17次/min,HR 68次/min,BP 120/80 Lung clear cell tumor is a rare primary benign tumor in the lung, less reported in the country, pathological diagnosis easily confused with other lung tumors.
