作为班集体的教育者、组织者和指导者,尤其是西部地区农村中学的班主任,事情繁、任务重、责任大,对我们班主任也提出了越来越多的要求。那么,如何做好班主任工作,是每个班主任要面临的问题。笔者认为要做好西部地区农村中学班主任工作,应该做到以下几点:坚持以人为本的教育理念、构建民主平等的师生关系、搭建家长与学生沟通的桥梁、加强班级团队建设、建立有效的奖惩制度。只有这样,才能促进学生和班级的健康有序发展。 As a class educator, organizer and mentor, especially the class teacher in rural western middle schools, things are complicated, tasks are heavy, responsibilities are high, and more and more requests are made to our class supervisors. So, how to do a good job as a class teacher is a problem that each teacher in charge should face. In my opinion, in order to do well the work of class supervisors in rural middle schools in the western region, we should do the following: Adhere to the people-centered education concept, build a democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students, build a bridge between parents and students, strengthen team building and establish effective rewards and punishments system. Only in this way can we promote the healthy and orderly development of students and classes.
