职业院校在当前教育领域中发挥着很大作用,职业院校不仅为我国培养了众多实用型人才,还为我国各行业提供了无数专业人才。作为职业院校的一门科目,药用真菌及深加工课程具有一定的专业性与技术性,课程教学内容包括真菌理论与深加工技术,为当下我国真菌研发技术的发展提供了理论依据。但是,教育体制的不断改革要求药用真菌及深加工课程也要随之进行改革,它为探索药用真菌及深加工课程目标及改革提供了研究依据。
Vocational colleges play a great role in the current education field. Vocational colleges have not only cultivated many practical talents for our country, but also provided countless professionals for various industries in our country. As a subject of vocational colleges, the courses of medicinal fungi and deep processing have certain professional and technical features. The course contents include fungal theory and deep processing technology, which provides the theoretical basis for the development of fungal research and development technology in our country. However, the continuous reform of the education system requires that medicinal fungi and further processing courses should be reformed. It provides a research basis for exploring the objectives and reforms of the medicinal fungi and further processing courses.
