模糊数学是一门有关描述和处理模糊性问题的理论和方法的学科。应用模糊数学原理评估模糊事物,一般采用模糊综合评判法。将被评对象质量视为一个系统,通常建立指标体系和评语体系两个子系统。指标体系是一组反映质量结构特征的隶属函数,包含着一组指标集和相应的权重集。评语体系是一组表明质量优劣的隶属函数,包含有一组评语等级和相应的分数。两组函数经合成分析,其结果就是对被评对象总体质量的优劣程度所作出的综合判断。
