目的 评价犬颈外动脉作为模拟颅内动脉支架置入动物模型的可行性。 方法 根据血管造影结果,对犬颈外动脉“U”型襻(n=16)和人颈内动脉“U”型襻(n=16)的形态进行几何学参数测量和计算,然后进行统计学分析和血管造影比较(n代表根据血管造影像片进行分析的“U”型襻的个数)。 结果 犬的颈外动脉“U”型襻形态和人的颈内动脉“U”型襻形态相似。 结论 犬的颈外动脉可以作为模拟颅内动脉支架置入的动物模型和深入研究的实验平台。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using external carotid artery as a model for intracranial arterial stenting in animal models. Methods According to the results of angiography, geometrical parameters were measured and calculated for the morphology of dogs external carotid artery “U” type (n = 16) and human internal carotid artery “U” type (n = 16) Then, statistical analysis and angiographic comparison were performed (n represents the number of “U ” types of 根 analyzed according to the angiogram). Results Canine external carotid artery “U ” type 襻 morphology and human carotid artery “U ” type 襻 morphology similar. Conclusion The canine external carotid artery can be used as an animal model to simulate intracranial arterial stenting and an experimental platform for further study.
