介绍一种用于高温SHB试验的新型快速加热电炉,可在一分钟左右将试件加热至500℃,最高可加热至1000℃,并且对金属材料和非金属材料均可加热,从而克服了目前使用的各种加热方法的局限性. 在20℃~500℃和0.00208~350 s- 1的范围内研究了温度和应变率对拉伸载荷下高强铝合金本构关系的影响. 结果表明:(1)随着应变率的提高,该材料的强度提高,延伸率降低; (2)该材料的强度、延伸率及应变率均随温度的升高而降低; (3)该材料应变率敏感性随温度的升高而降低
A new type of rapid heating furnace for high temperature SHB test is introduced. The test piece can be heated up to 500 ℃ in about one minute and can be heated up to 1000 ℃, and can be heated to both metallic and nonmetallic materials, thus overcoming the current Limitations of the various heating methods used. The effects of temperature and strain rate on the constitutive relation of high strength aluminum alloy under tensile load were studied in the range of 20 ℃ ~ 500 ℃ and 0.00208 ~ 350 s-1. The results show that: (1) As the strain rate increases, the strength of the material increases and the elongation decreases; (2) the strength, elongation and strain rate of the material decrease with increasing temperature; (3) Strain rate sensitivity decreases with increasing temperature
