一、施工企业资金管理中存在的问题(一)现金流量大,容易出现管理漏洞,甚至出现资金舞弊。由于施工企业项目实施点分散,有的距离金融机构较远,财务人员为方便施工一般大额提现,库存备用大的情况普遍。这种做法便于应对施工企业人员及设备流动快而经常发生的人员费、搬迁费用,也便于支付一些无法使用转账支付的砂石料采购款和征地拆迁款等。但大量使用现金也带来资金存管风险,容易出现收付差错,甚至在支付过程中出现资金舞弊风险。
