Piperacillinum Sodium (Piperacillinum Natricum) is one of the new antibiotics on the international market in the 1980s. It was successfully developed by Shanghai No.3 Pharmaceutical Factory and passed the appraisal in the end of 1981. It was approved by the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau in September 1982. The antibacterial spectrum of this product is the clinical use of penicillin antibiotics
