雌激素对女性下尿路的结构和功能有着重要作用。缺乏雌激素可导致一系列泌尿生殖系统的不良反应。雌激素替代治疗已经应用于改善绝经后女性泌尿道症状,然而其作用机制仍不明确。本文主要就雌激素在女性下尿路的生理功能、形态学以及受体调节等方面的作用作一综述。
Estrogen plays an important role in the structure and function of the lower urinary tract in women. The lack of estrogen can cause a series of adverse reactions to the genitourinary system. Estrogen replacement therapy has been used to improve urinary tract symptoms in postmenopausal women, but its mechanism of action is still not clear. This article reviews the role of estrogen in the physiological function, morphology and receptor regulation of the lower urinary tract in women.
