ZH-81型夯实机、WGYZH-ⅠⅡ夯实机设计研制出来后,由于它的结构简单、噪音小、电力损耗小,受到国内很多部门的欢迎和使用,并作为我国的优秀建筑机械参加广交会。该机的力学特性,经建工部振动研究所和有关方面的全面测试,夯实效果和水平推进力,优于国外同类型夯实机。经由冶金工业部主持的鉴定会后,ZH-81型夯实机获建工部优秀项目奖,WGYZH-ⅠⅡ夯实机获冶金部四等科研成果奖。本文就振动夯实机的工程计算方法简述如下。
After the ZH-81 Compactor and WGYZH-III compactor were designed and developed, it was welcomed and used by many domestic departments due to its simple structure, low noise, and low power consumption. It also participated in the Canton Fair as an excellent construction machinery in China. The mechanical characteristics of this machine have been comprehensively tested by the Vibration Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction and Industry and related parties. The compaction effect and level propulsive force are better than that of foreign compactors. After the appraisal meeting presided over by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the ZH-81 Compactor won the Excellent Project Award from the Ministry of Construction and Industry, and the WGYZH-III Compactor received the fourth prize for scientific research achievement from the Ministry of Metallurgy. This article briefly describes the engineering calculation method of vibration compaction machine as follows.
