作为全国第一份从信访角度研究社会矛盾和社会问题的理论刊物,本刊重视追踪信访理论前沿动态,坚持透过信访窗口反映出来的矛盾和问题,对社会矛盾和社会问题展开深层次的理论研究。2014年度,本刊重点关注法治中国建设、国家治理体系和国家治理能力与信访制度建设方面的理论研究成果,所刊载的理论文章围绕信访与政府治理、信访与公共政策、信访立法等领域提出了很多创新思维和理念。这些新思维和新理念对于运用法治理念和法治思维化解社会矛盾,提升政府治理能力理论研究提供了借鉴。在此,将本刊2014年年度提出的创新思维和理念做了系统梳理,相关内容摘要回顾如下(以本刊刊登顺序为序)。
