海上结构用三种焊接管接头的疲劳强度试验结果,为评定各种类型海上结构的安全性提供了必要的依据。试验中采用具有T、TY和K型三种接头型式的大尺寸试件。所有试件都是由直径为400~800毫米,壁厚为11~20毫米的低碳钢管制成。采用一般应力—寿命图和根据有限元应力分析法来研究疲劳裂缝起始寿命;采用断裂力学方法来分析疲劳裂缝的形成过程。疲劳试验是在频率为0.5~0.7赫芝的200吨电动—液压疲劳试验机上进行的。所有试验都采用完全对称的脉动载荷。评定疲劳裂缝的形成过程是针对弦杆和拉条交接处的焊趾部位
The fatigue strength test results of three types of welded pipe joints for offshore structures provide the necessary basis for assessing the safety of various types of offshore structures. Tests with T, TY and K-type three kinds of joints of large-size specimens. All specimens were made of mild steel tubing with 400 to 800 mm diameter and 11 to 20 mm wall thickness. The fatigue life of the fatigue crack was studied by using the general stress-life diagram and the stress analysis method based on the finite element method. The fracture mechanics method was used to analyze the formation process of the fatigue crack. The fatigue test was carried out on a 200 ton electro-hydraulic fatigue tester with a frequency of 0.5 to 0.7 Hz. All tests use a perfectly symmetrical pulsating load.
