本文对使用载能离子束联合低温等离子体技术对PMMA人工晶体进行氟-肝素修饰所获得的新型人工晶体进行了体外培养细胞的粘附生长实验研究,包括:人血小板、粒细胞、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞及人胚肺成纤维细胞的粘附生长实验。结果表明:氟-肝素修饰人工晶体表面的血小板、粒细胞、巨噬细胞的粘附明显减少,对粒细胞的刺激水平降低,并对人胚肺成纤维细胞无细胞毒作用。说明这种新型人工晶体具有较好的生物相容性
In this paper, a new type of intraocular lens obtained by Fluoro-Heparin modified with ion-beam combined with low-temperature plasma was used to study the adhesion growth of cultured cells in vitro, including human platelet, granulocyte, Adherent growth of macrophages and human embryonic lung fibroblasts. The results showed that the adhesion of platelets, granulocytes and macrophages on the surface of fluorine-heparin-modified intraocular lens was significantly reduced, the stimulation of granulocytes was decreased, and the cytotoxicity on human embryonic lung fibroblasts was not observed. This new type of intraocular lens shows good biocompatibility
