随着社会经济的快速发展和城市化水平的不断提高,我国的房建工程如火如荼地开展起来。工程造价的管理与控制是房建工程的重要环节和关键内容,它对与优化施工成本提升经济效益有着不可或缺的重要作用,然而在房建工程的实际的工程造价管理过程中却存在着许多严重的问题。本文基于此分析了房建工程造价的作用,并指出了目前我国房建工程造价存在的主要问题,然后在此基础上提出了房建工程造价的完善措施。
