经济全球化是当代国际社会的基本特征之一,经济全球化必然带来国际关系的变更。由于国际经济关系正是国际经济法的调整对象,所以经济全球化必然会对国际经济法的存在和发展产生重大影响。国际知识产权法是国际经济法的一个重要的组成部分,在经济全球化的趋势下,知识产权法势必全球化发展,特别是知识产权在国际贸易中的地位日益重要。
Economic globalization is one of the basic characteristics of the contemporary international community. Economic globalization will inevitably bring about changes in international relations. Since international economic relations are the object of adjustment in international economic law, economic globalization will inevitably have a significant impact on the existence and development of international economic law. International intellectual property law is an important part of international economic law. Under the trend of economic globalization, the law of intellectual property will inevitably develop globally.
