用放射免疫法测定了47例肝硬化患者的血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、催乳素（PRL）、生长素（GH）、雌二醇（E2）和睾酮（T）等6种性激素。结果患者性激素代谢均发生了明显的紊乱；性激素代谢紊乱男性更为突出。其中血清T、E_2浓度的降低、E_2／T比值升高。PRL浓度的升高可作为了解肝功能损害程度和估计预后的一个重要辅助指标。
Serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), growth hormone (GH), estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 47 patients with cirrhosis. 6 kinds of sex hormones. Results All patients had obvious disorder of sex hormones metabolism; sex hormones metabolic disorders were more prominent in men. Serum T, E 2 concentration decreased, E 2 / T ratio increased. PRL concentration can be used as an understanding of the degree of liver damage and assess the prognosis of an important auxiliary indicators.
