民族风情是一种带有民族与地域色彩的传承文化,它是人的族类为适应各种不同环境而采取的生存和生活方式,因而,它又是最广义的文化。回族的生活、意识和情感积淀了回族的文化传统,凝聚着鲜明的民族个性。回族传统文化真实、形象地记录了回族的历史文明,是当代回族舞蹈的母体。舞蹈作品《搅团团》是一个反映具有浓郁回族饮食文化生活特色的舞蹈作品。在进行创作时,牢牢把握住观赏性、思想性、艺术性的统一,保持了民族特质和独立品格,时刻注意着一个民族优秀的基因绝对不能丢,要紧紧抓住、保持住民族的文化基因,学习和吸收先进的技法,充分挖掘自身的文化资源,去创建和创新。
