对环氧大豆油与乳酸低聚物的熔融聚合进行研究。采用乌氏黏度计检测反应产物的特性黏度。并且利用化学滴定法检测扩链产物中端羧基的剩余含量,分析反应的动力学。结果显示:质量百分比为8%的环氧大豆油和乳酸低聚物反应产物的特性黏度可以达到1.0以上。环氧大豆油与乳酸的熔融反应对于环氧大豆油与乳酸低聚物的反应级数分别为1级和0.5级。
The melt polymerization of epoxy soybean oil with lactic acid oligomers was studied. Ubbelohde viscometer was used to measure the intrinsic viscosity of the reaction product. The remaining content of carboxyl groups in the chain-extended products was detected by chemical titration, and the kinetics of the reaction was analyzed. The results showed that the intrinsic viscosity of the reaction product of epoxy soybean oil and lactic acid oligomer with the mass percentage of 8% can reach over 1.0. The reaction of epoxy soybean oil with lactic acid for the reaction of epoxidized soybean oil with lactic acid oligomers were grade 1 and grade 0.5, respectively.
