一、引 言 大型压缩机管路系统设计,通常要考虑到可靠及效能良好的气体压力波动。控制气体压力波动的数学模型已经建立,但是需要较复杂的数学运算程序。 因而,小型压缩机系统设计者,往往不做具体的数学分析,结果常常导致管路系统和气阀的破坏,机器运转效率低。本文介绍避免这些问题的简易经验设计方法。这种方法是建立在作者对压缩机管路压力波动的测量和已经发表的各种资料的基础上的。
I. INTRODUCTION The design of large-scale compressor piping system usually takes into account the reliable and well-functioning gas pressure fluctuation. Mathematical models to control gas pressure fluctuations have been established, but require more complex mathematical procedures. Therefore, small compressor system designers often do not do specific mathematical analysis, the results often lead to the destruction of piping systems and valves, the machine running low efficiency. This article describes a simple empirical design approach to avoid these problems. This method is based on the author’s measurement of compressor line pressure fluctuations and the various published data.
