从中华人民共和国成立到社会主义改造基本完成,这是一个过渡时期。此间,作为党的重要领导人之一的邓小平同志,曾先后出任或兼任过西南地区和中央党、政、军十余种要职,政绩卓著。他无论是在任中共中央西南局第一书记期间,还是在任中央委员会总书记之时,一向极为重视财经工作,既扮演过“西南地区的财政首脑”的角色,又执导过国家财经委员会和财政部的大戏,积累了丰富的理财经验。本文拟就这时期邓小平的理财思想作些粗浅的论述,以资鉴当今理财工作。
