本文基于联产承包责任制实行30年来,制度边际效益递减过程中中国农村发展的现实基础,分析了湖南双峰县建设社会主义新农村中集体统一经营的案例,并从个案分析深化到一般性的理论探讨,提出倡导集体统一经营的四个参照系:农户理性选择,集体行动一致性,组织内部代理人激励问题,以及组织规模问题。在此基础上,重构强调统一经营的双层经营体制。
Based on the real foundation of rural development in the process of diminishing marginal benefit of the system in the past 30 years since the implementation of the system of contract-based contract responsibility, this paper analyzes the cases of collective and unified management in building a new socialist countryside in Shuangfeng County, Hunan Province. From case analysis to generality The paper puts forward four reference systems that advocate collective and unified management: the rational choice of farmers, the consistency of collective actions, the incentive of agents within the organization, and the problem of the size of the organization. On this basis, we should reconstruct the double management system emphasizing the unified management.
