扭转型室性心动过速(TdP)是室性心动过速的一种特殊类型,发作时临床症状凶险并有反复发作趋势,易发展为室颤;其治疗方法与其它类型室速不同。因而识别其发作先兆甚为重要。本文拟探讨我院1980年以来收治的9例TdP的发作先兆,以期提高临床警惕。
Torsion-type ventricular tachycardia (TdP) is a special type of ventricular tachycardia, the onset of clinical symptoms of dangerous and recurrent trend tends to develop ventricular fibrillation; its treatment is different from other types of VT. It is therefore important to identify the precursor of the episode. This article intends to explore our hospital admitted since 1980, 9 cases of TdP attack precursors, in order to improve clinical vigilance.
