2004年是全球半导体市场历经数年低迷之后高速增长的一年,是中国IT产业加速发展再创佳绩的一年,也是中国半导体产业由量的积累走向质的飞跃的一年。因此,2004年也理应成为被认真回顾和总结的一年。为此,我刊选登俞忠钰理事长在2005年中国半导体市场年会上的主题报告,以飨读者。
2004 is the year that the global semiconductor market has experienced rapid growth after several years of sluggishness. It is another year for China’s IT industry to accelerate its growth and achieve remarkable success. It is also a year of leaps and bounds in the accumulation of China’s semiconductor industry from qualitative progress. Therefore, 2004 should also be a carefully reviewed and summarized year. To this end, I published the keynote address of Chairman Yu Zhongyu at the 2005 annual meeting of China’s semiconductor market to readers.
