传统的PLC具有非常强实时性的控制器,在现在工业控制领域占有至关重要的位置。但是随着现在的控制内容越来越复杂以及难度更高。因此,传统的PLC远远达不到人性化和智能化的条件。而实时性的嵌入式系统可以让系统稳定性得到提升、开发效率得到显著提升、减短开发周期的时间等优势。本文就嵌入式PLC硬件结构设计进行了阐述,然后对操作系统的选择进行了介绍和嵌入式PLC的软件实现,最后分析了μC/OS-Ⅱ在LPC2294上的移植。
The traditional PLC has a very strong real-time controller, in the field of industrial control now occupies a crucial position. However, with the current control more complex and more difficult. Therefore, the traditional PLC is far from humanized and intelligent conditions. The real-time embedded system can improve the stability of the system, the development efficiency has been significantly improved, reducing development cycle time and other advantages. This article describes the embedded PLC hardware structure design, and then introduces the choice of operating system and embedded PLC software, and finally analyzes the μC / OS-Ⅱ in LPC2294 porting.
