大庆是一座新兴的以油田为主体的工矿城市,其城市结构布局、政企体制、开发形式等均有明显的特殊性.我们的住宅建设是从简易平房骤然转向大规模的多层住宅楼,各方面的准备工作很不充分,因而大庆住宅建筑的千篇一律在某种意义上它是大面积高速度建设的必然结果.我们要解决这一问题,不能简单地搬用外地的经验,而要认真分析大庆的实际情况,明确形成千篇一律的原因,探索住宅建筑多样化的途径,采取必要的有力措施,高瞻远瞩、从长计议、坚持不懈、逐步解决,才能开创出住宅建筑多样化的新局面.
Daqing is an emerging industrial and mining city with an oilfield as its main body. Its urban structure layout, government-enterprise structure, and development forms are all clearly distinctive. Our residential construction has suddenly shifted from simple bungalows to large-scale multi-storey residential buildings. The preparatory work in all aspects is not sufficient. Therefore, the stereotyped residential buildings in Daqing are, in a sense, an inevitable result of large-scale and high-speed construction. We must solve this problem and we cannot simply use the experiences of other places, but we must carefully analyze them. The actual conditions of Daqing clearly define the reasons for stereotyped, explore the ways of diversification of residential buildings, take necessary and effective measures, and look forward to long-term vision, long-term plan, perseverance, and gradual solution, in order to create a new situation of diversification of residential buildings.
