在生产过程数字程序控制系统中,控制指令往往记录在穿孔带上。现有穿孔带程序输入装置(即读数机),几乎都离不开光电、电磁、电接点等形式。 我们研制的全气动读数机,通过实验室试验和在气动程序控制自动线上的初步应用,证明它具有动作准确、“阅读”可靠、结构简单等特点。适用于完全不允许或不适于使用电气的气动膜片式或气动射流式数字程序控制系统中。
