ICP-OES法测种养结合循环利用模式下土壤6种金属元素的含量,并分析试验区和对照区土壤中各元素含量间的相互关系,以评价该模式对土壤这些元素含量的影响,为该模式的生态效应评估提供科学依据.采用标准网格法结合GPS和MAPGIS在试验区和对照区分别设置47和31个采样点,采集0-20cm表层土壤,风干过筛后使用三酸消解法进行前处理,ICP-OES法测定土壤中Ca、Mg、Mn、Mo、Na、Ni的含量.应用SPSS软件进行t检验和Person相关分析.结果表明,试验区土壤Ca、Mg、Mn、Mo、Ni含量均低于对照区,其中Mg以及Mo含量差异极显著(P<0.01),Mn含量差异显著(P<0.05);试验区Mg与Mo、Na和Ni,Mo与Ni呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);对照区Ca与Mg和Na,Mg与Na呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),Ca与Ni,Mg与Mn和Ni,Mn与Na呈显著正相关(P<0.05).结论 :试验区土壤中Mg、Mo和Mn含量低于对照区;种养结合循环利用模式影响了土壤金属元素含量间的相关性.
The ICP-OES method was used to measure the content of six metal elements in the soils under the combination of recuperation and recycling, and the correlation between the contents of these elements in the soil in the experimental and control areas was analyzed to evaluate the effects of the patterns on the contents of these elements in soils This model provides a scientific basis for ecological effects assessment.Using the standard grid method combined with GPS and MAPGIS, 47 and 31 sampling points were set up in the experimental and control areas respectively, 0-20cm surface soil was collected, The content of Ca, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na and Ni in the soil was determined by ICP-OES method.The SPSS software was used for t-test and Person correlation analysis.The results showed that soil Ca, Mg, Mn, Mo, (P <0.01), while the content of Ni in the experimental area was lower than that in the control area (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between Ca, Mg, Na, Mg and Na (P <0.01), Ca and Ni, Mg and Mn, .Conclusion: The contents of Mg, Mo and Mn in the soil in the experimental area are lower than those in the control area.
