中国共产党第十三次全国代表大会的“政治报告”,从我国的实际情况出发,指明了我国当前处亍社会主义初级阶段。并提出了我国社会主义初级阶段特定的概念、涵义、立论根据及我国社会主义初级阶段的任务、路线、方针、政策等一整套完整的理论体系。这是我国三十多年的社会主义建设的实践——认识——再实践——再认识,并伴随着成功——失误的多次反复的长期探索,最终得出的最客观、最准确的结论。这不仅使我们对我国当前所处的社会主义阶段,有一个清醒的认识,更重要的是为我们制定了继续沿着有中国特色的社会主义道路前进的正确理论和纲领。同时,也使我们认识到我们将要达到的目的,是任重而道远。
The “political report” of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of China sets out from the actual situation in our country and indicates that our country is currently in the initial stage of socialism. And put forward a set of complete theoretical system of the specific concepts, connotations, grounds for arguments and the tasks, lines, guidelines and policies of China's initial stage of socialism. This is the repeated and long-term exploration of the success and failure of our country's practice of more than three decades of socialist construction-knowledge-re-practice-re-understanding, and finally the most objective and accurate in conclusion. This not only enables us to have a clear understanding of the current stage of socialism in our country, but more importantly, to formulate the correct theory and program for us to continue along the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, it also makes us realize that the purpose we are about to achieve is a long way to go.
