白光LED被称作新一代照明光源,有着广阔的应用前景。紫外-近紫外光激发的白光LED用单一基质白光荧光粉因具有独特的优势,成为当前白光LED用光转换材料的研究热点。本文全面综述了国内外这一领域的最新研究进展,阐述了单一离子激活,Eu2+/Mn2+、Eu2+/Ce3+、Ce3+/Mn2+、Tm3+/Dy3+、Eu3+/Dy3+共激活和三离子共激活的单一基质白光荧光粉的研究结果和最新进展,对相应的硅酸盐、卤硅酸盐、磷酸盐、硼酸盐、铝酸盐等体系的光致发光及其调控机理进行了简要说明。另外,对该类材料目前存在的问题及未来发展方向进行了分析。
White LED is called a new generation of lighting, has a broad application prospects. Because of its unique advantages, the single-substrate white phosphor for UV-near-white LED excitation has become a research hotspot in the current white LED light conversion materials. In this paper, the recent progress in this field at home and abroad is reviewed in detail. The single-substrate white light with single ion activation, co-activation of Eu2 + / Mn2 +, Eu2 + / Ce3 +, Ce3 + / Mn2 +, Tm3 + / Dy3 +, Eu3 + / Dy3 + Phosphor research results and the latest progress of the corresponding silicate, halosilicate, phosphate, borate, aluminate and other systems of photoluminescence and its regulation mechanism is briefly described. In addition, the existing problems of this kind of material and the future development direction are analyzed.
