最近,我和部里同事到党的群众路线教育实践活动联系点白头里乡的野场村、西史村、马莲滩村、东史村、霸王殿村进行调研。调研中,我们走到田间地头和村民谈心,随机走访十几家农户,看望了离任村干部和困难老党员,召开党员、干部、群众代表座谈会,了解他们的所思、所想、所盼,问需于民、问计于民。从调研情况来看,所到村子的基础设施、村容村貌、农民生活条件,还是党员群众的精神状态,总体上是比较好的,但还存在一些问题。通过走访,我对全县基层组织建设及农村产业结构调整情况有了一些新的了解和认识,对存在的问题做了一些分析和思考。 Recently, I and my colleagues in my department went to investigate and study the wild field villages, the Western History Village, the Malian Tan Village, the East History Village and the Bawang Dian Village in Baitouli Township, the point of contact for the practice of education in the mass line of the party. From the point of view of the investigation and study, it is generally good to find that the infrastructures of villages, villages and villages, living conditions of peasants and the mentality of party members and masses are all good. However, there are still some problems. Through visits, I made some new understandings and understandings on the construction of county-level grass-roots organizations and the adjustment of rural industrial structure in the county, and made some analyzes and reflections on the existing problems.
