1 概况减温器是用来调节蒸汽温度的重要装置。江西省吉安火力发电厂分别在1960年、1970年安装投产了二台35t/h抛煤链条锅炉,配有二台老式表面式u形管减温器,有一只外壳(联箱)中φ325×20mm,长4472mm,在联箱的二侧内,分别装有U形管束,U形管φ25×3mm,共有11根U形管,联箱外侧装有端盖φ530×20mm,冷却水由外法兰流到进口水室至U形管再到出口水室至出水管,(详见图1),被冷却的蒸汽压力P_1=3.92M Pa,蒸汽温度t_1=380℃,冷却水压力P_2=5.39MPa,冷却水温度t_2=150℃,当蒸汽温度高(超过允许范围),就开大冷却水,通过U形管对蒸汽
1 Overview Desuperheaters are important devices for regulating the temperature of steam.
