目的探讨适合实际需要的综合ICU物资管理方案。方法将ICU物资管理方案分为中心物资配送组和床边物资配送组,中心物资配送组将医院供应物资集中定点取用;床边物资供应组通过引进床边多功能治疗车及分类生活物品柜,将常用物资通过床边供应方案;比较两种方案主管护士在每日平均初始治疗需要时间、护士对管理体制的满意度及护士临床工作绩效三个方面的差异性。结果床边物资配送体系能够明显缩短护士的每日平均初始治疗时间(P<0.01),提高护士对物资管理方式的满意度(P<0.01);床边物资管理方式下护士临床工作绩效明显高于中心物资供应组(P<0.01)。结论床边物资配送体系能够明显提高ICU护士对物资管理的满意度,提高临床护理效率及质量,在临床中值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore a comprehensive ICU material management plan that suits the actual needs. Methods The ICU materials management plan was divided into the central material distribution group and the bedside material distribution group. The central material distribution group focused on the hospital supply materials. The bedside material supply group introduced the bedside multifunctional treatment car and the classification of life object cabinet . The common supplies were passed through the bedside supply scheme. The differences between the two schemes were analyzed in terms of the average time needed for initial treatment, the satisfaction of nurses with the management system and the clinical work performance of nurses. Results Bedside distribution system can significantly reduce the average daily initial treatment time (P <0.01) and improve the nurses’ satisfaction with the material management (P <0.01). The clinical work performance of nurses is significantly higher under bedside material management In the central material supply group (P <0.01). Conclusion The bedside material distribution system can significantly improve the satisfaction of ICU nurses to material management and improve the efficiency and quality of clinical nursing. It is worth further promotion in clinical practice.
