铅中毒是常见的职业病之一。众所周知、依地酸二钠钙(ca-EDTANa_2)是驱铅的特效药,但此药对体内金属的络合并无选择性,随着排铅同时,体内部分有用的金属离子,如锌等也被排出不良副作用。为此,我们在国外文献启示下试用了对人体有益而无一弊的盐酸硫胺(VitB_1)作为驱铅疗效观察。
