Exams are an important part of the teaching process and are an important basis for decision making in education and teaching. Effective examinations are conducive to motivating learning motives, diagnosing learning difficulties, evaluating teaching effectiveness, and regulating teaching activities. The quality of test questions is a key factor that affects the validity of the test. The test questions are like a measuring rule and the scale is not accurate, which directly affects the accuracy and reliability of the measurement. Therefore, the proposition is a scientific and technical work. The clear idea of propositions is a scientific and planned premise for ensuring propositions. “Clear goals, overall planning—combination of points and design, and careful design—take overall considerations and rational arrangements.” This is our work in the proposition.
