傍河取水水井工程是黄河水开发利用的主要途径。本文以山西永济市蒲州水源地开发为例进行论证。本文认为傍河取水水井工程，主要是开采无效消耗水资源。
The Jinghe water intake well project is the main approach for the development and utilization of the Yellow River water. This paper takes the development of Puzhou water source in Yongji City, Shanxi as an example. This article believes that the water intake well project of the Fenhe River is mainly used for water consumption.
