我厂长期生产纸机零配件,并修复胶辊断轴等配件,原承接用户胶辊断轴修复采用轴与孔红装,因而不能保留原胶面。近年来,受用户的委托,采用轴与孔过盈配合冷压工艺,取得了成功。现将1092、1575纸机的胶辊断轴修复方法介绍如下: 一、将胶辊紧固在T68镗床工作台上,为保护胶辊胶面,采用弧型压铁紧固的方法,弧型压铁内衬有橡胶其厚度为5mm,硬度A=75°±3°。先钻孔,镗孔去掉原断轴部分(使用浮动镗刀,冷却液用煤油)。内孔光洁度达▽7,精度2级。并用百分表测出内孔的准确尺寸。二、加工一根新轴,经热处理调质后,将装配长度部分粗车(按镗孔尺寸配做)并留0.4~0.5mm磨量,过
