在全国深入贯彻党的十五大精神之际,我们在全国卫生厅(局)长会期间,召开“2000年人人享有卫生保健规划目标”普及阶段总结表彰会来推动农村卫生工作。我代表卫生部、国家计委、农业部、国家环保局、全国爱卫会向在农村“2000年人人享有卫生保健”规划目标普及阶段取得优异成绩的县(市、区)表示衷心的感谢,向获得先进县(市、区)、先进个人荣誉称号的单位和同志表示热烈的祝贺!
