高标准地搞好新闻队伍建设,就是要全面提高新闻队伍素质,建设一支“政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正”的新闻工作队伍,这既是对新闻工作能否完成党所赋予的神圣使命的迫切要求,也是党和人民的期望与重托。作为党、政府和人民的“喉舌”,要圆满地完成“以正确的舆论引导人”的重任,必须在队伍建设上下一番功夫。只有真正提高新闻从业人员的整体素质,才能真正当好“喉舌”,才能从根本上提高新闻宣传质量。可以说,抓好新闻队伍建设,是新闻事业的立业之本,是一项具有战略意义的基础工作。
