初中阶段语文教材,以结合实施素质教育为目标,在结构体系和选材上基本上达到了求实、求新、求活和处理好知识、能力、思想觉悟三方面关系的目的。在力求“以培养新人为出发点,促进素质教育的全面实施”等方面来进行要求,在课堂教学中应怎样落实素质教育呢?通过多年的探索与实践,本人有以下三点体会:一、把学生看成活生生的“人”来进行教育1.调查研究,有的放矢。做任何事情,事前都要进行调查研究。俗话说:没有调查就没有发言权。因此,在这里授课前的备课工作就显得尤为重要,既要把课本内容备
