任务型教学模式,即指教师在实际教学过程中,按照教学目标存在的差异性,教学内容设置不同的任务帮助学生去学习。由于每位教师的教学方式存在差异性,来自不同小学的学生汇聚于同一个初中课堂里,他们的英语水平及接受能力也存在较大的差异性。对此,英语教师可依据学生的个体性差异,来设置难度系数不同的教学任务,尽量调动学生学习的积极性,并主动去解决任务,对提高初中英语课堂教学的实效性,具有十分重要的意义与价值。
