报告136例4种非甲状腺疾病及36例健康人TRH兴奋试验结果,其中肝硬化46例,未控制糖尿病43例,慢性肾功能不全42例,慢性肺心伴心功能不全5例,均有血清T_3水平下降,与病情严重程度及控制情况相关,差异有显著性意义。肝硬化与失代偿程度、有无伴发肝昏迷以及血清白蛋白浓度有关;未控制糖尿病与空腹血糖呈负相关;慢性肾功能不全与血清尿素氮和肌酐呈负相关,与血清白蛋白浓度呈正相关。患者血清TSH呈弱反应者为61.90~88.23%,峰值时间延迟者16.67~34.88%,提示垂体储备功能较差和(或)下丘脑功能受损。
