重庆“八·一”隧道堆积土段采用暗挖法通过,支护体系由钢管棚架临时支撑系统与钢筋混凝土永久支护两部分组成。其中,临时支撑系统为施工成败的关键。本文结合具体的地质条件和施工技术从岩石力学的角度对“八·一”隧道堆积土段支护体系的稳定性问题进行了探讨。论述了堆积土段地层的围岩压力规律和特征及相应条件下洞室的支护原则;对作为临时支撑结构的钢管棚架体系在特定条件下的作用机理进行了分析,对管棚独立承载时的刚度效应和承载能力,在提出的计算简图基础上给予了相应的计算分析;对施工中的洞室变形量测和地表沉降量测的结果进行了评述;结论部分在上述分析的基础上提出了一些总结性的意见。本文的分析以期作为该工程实践得以成功的理论依据。
Chongqing “August” tunnel piles of soil through the use of undercutting method, the support system by the temporary support system of steel pipe shelves and reinforced concrete permanent support composed of two parts. In this paper, the geological conditions and construction technology from the rock mechanics point of view of “August” tunnel piled soil support system stability issues are discussed. The rule and characteristics of surrounding rock pressure and the supporting principles of cavern under the corresponding conditions are discussed. The mechanism of the steel pipe scaffolding system as temporary supporting structure under certain conditions is analyzed. The stiffness effect and bearing capacity are given, and the corresponding calculation and analysis are given on the basis of the proposed calculation diagram. The deformation measurement of caverns and the results of surface subsidence measurement in construction are reviewed. The conclusion is based on the above analysis Put forward some concluding comments. This paper analyzes the period as the theoretical basis for the success of this project.
