①目的观察内皮素受体拮抗剂BQ-123对缺血性急性肾功能衰竭早期是否具有保护作用。②方法采用切除右肾之大鼠的急性肾缺血/再灌注动物模型,观察BQ-123对再灌注2h后肾脏多项指标的影响。③结果与生理盐水对照组相比,BQ-123使肾组织血流量减少较小(t=3.202,P<0.01),但可显著降低血清和肾组织之丙二醛(t=2.376,3.113;P<0.05,0.01)及肾皮质中钙含量(t=2.198,P<0.05),同时增加肾组织中超氧化物岐化酶活性(t=2.558,P<0.05)和肾皮质中三磷酸腺苷合成量(t=2.290,P<0.05)。两组之组织学分级比较差异无显著性(t=1.989,P>0.05)。④结论内皮素受体拮抗剂BQ-123对缺血性急性肾功能衰竭早期之肾脏具有一定的保护作用。
①Objective To investigate whether endothelin receptor antagonist BQ-123 has protective effect on early stage of acute renal failure. Methods The animal model of acute renal ischemia / reperfusion in rats with right kidney was used to observe the effect of BQ-123 on multiple indexes of kidney after 2h of reperfusion. Results Compared with saline control group, BQ-123 reduced the renal blood flow less (t = 3.202, P <0.01), but significantly reduced the malondialdehyde in serum and kidney (t = 2.376,3.113; P <0.05,0.01) and renal cortex calcium content (t = 2.198, P <0.05), while increasing the activity of superoxide dismutase t = 2.558, P <0.05) and renal cortical adenosine triphosphate (t = 2.290, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in histological grade between the two groups (t = 1.989, P> 0.05). ④ Conclusion Endothelin receptor antagonist BQ-123 has a protective effect on the kidneys in the early stage of acute renal failure.
