探讨肾脏移植后测定内皮素 1(ET 1)和一氧化氮 (NO)的临床意义。对 47例肾脏移植病人进行外周血中ET 1和NO动态检测 ,将检测结果以移植肾状况和血压值分别分组进行比较。移植后与尿毒症组相比较 ,ET 1值明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,NO值明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,急性排斥发生时NO值升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,慢性排斥时ET 1值较肾功能稳定时明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。高血压组的ET 1值较高而NO水平较低。检测血中的ET 1和NO值有助于移植后排斥的诊断 ,并且有利于移植后指导护肾治疗。
To investigate the clinical significance of endothelin 1 (ET 1) and nitric oxide (NO) after kidney transplantation. The dynamic changes of ET 1 and NO in peripheral blood were measured in 47 cases of kidney transplant patients. The results of renal transplantation and the blood pressure were compared respectively. Compared with uremia group after transplantation, ET1 decreased significantly (P <0.01), NO increased significantly (P <0.01), NO increased when acute rejection occurred (P <0.01). 0 5). ET 1 values in chronic rejection were significantly higher than those in patients with stable renal function (P <0.01). The hypertension group had higher ET 1 values and lower NO levels. Detection of blood ET 1 and NO values contribute to the diagnosis of rejection after transplantation, and is beneficial to guide kidney therapy after transplantation.
